About Us

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales is one of the largest and most influential accountancy bodies worldwide with over 130,000 members in 160 countries. The vast majority of members work in business or practice. The ICAEW aims to achieve the highest professional and ethical standards and inspire business confidence.

The Humberside & District Society is the local point of contact for Chartered Accountants, providing a wide range of events and courses to support members in developing and sustaining their professional skills and keeping up to date on current issues. We aim to support our students and young members, active and retired members with relevant events and engage with similar professional organisations where we can promote ourselves and the Accountancy profession.
